Burn Cottage is a biodynamic estate in Central Otago, the mountainous far south of New Zealand and one of the New World's most exciting sources of Pinot Noir. This 2010 comes from the estate's early years, as it was quickly establishing itself among the region's benchmark producers. 2010 was a very good, cooler vintage across New Zealand. Stephen Tanzer from Vinous gave it a rating of 91+ and Lisa Perrotti-Brown from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate gave it a rating of 91, and MaryAnn Worobiec from Wine Spectator gave it 90.
