Carlo Nardi; the volume presents with a solid and reinforced binding in half rigid parchment with corners, a spine decorated in relief with ribs and a gold-impressed escutcheon bearing the author and title, boards covered in marbled paper; the inner leaves appear intact, well preserved, fresh and well inked; the work is enriched by the presence of genealogical plates folded outside the text that illustrate the descendants and noble branches linked to the royal houses of Europe and Sicily; the frontispiece with an allegorical woodcut ornament, the license of the Superiors, a rich “Table of the most notable things” at the end and Latin poetic compositions inserted in the body of the text are present; a work of great heraldic, genealogical and institutional historical value for the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
