Cartier Tank Française ref. 2300 – steel – quartz – with box Elegant Cartier Tank Française ref. 2300, one of the Maison’s most recognizable models, characterized by the typical rectangular case integrated into the bracelet. The watch features a steel case of about 20 x 25 mm, paired with the steel integrated Cartier bracelet. The light dial with black Roman numerals, chemin de fer minute track, and blued steel hands reflects all the most classic elements of Cartier’s aesthetic language. The crown is adorned with the traditional blue cabochon. The movement is quartz, the correct solution for ref. 2300 and particularly practical for daily wear. The reference is normally associated with sapphire crystal and an announced water resistance of about 3 ATM not tested. The piece presents generally good condition, with normal signs of wear consistent with its age visible on the case and bracelet. The dial shows a pleasant patina, and the watch retains a strong vintage charm. Completing the watch is a Cartier Must de Cartier box visible in the photo.
