Historical Ebony Transverse Flute "Casoli Milano" – Simple System (Late 19th / Early 20th Century) Splendid and rare example of an antique transverse flute in the "Simple System" (Meyer style), made by the renowned Milanese workshop of Alfredo Casoli (Milan), the historic first flute of La Scala and a respected maker active around the late 19th century and early 20th century. The hot-stamped brand "Casoli Milano" is clearly engraved and legible on the wooden body.
