Ceiling lamp - Glass, Brass - Thick-processed glass

This is a vintage ceiling lamp, crafted from thick, pressed glass. Its design is characteristic of the mid-20th century, distinguished by a rich texture that creates an atmospheric diffusion of light. The lampshade features a layered, decorative pattern of concentric circles and ribbed details. This intricate relief within the transparent glass refracts light in a unique way, producing a warm, diffused glow when illuminated. The fixture is mounted on a metal base designed for direct attachment to the ceiling. The style is a fine example of 1960s and 1970s design, a period when glass was frequently employed in a sculptural manner for lighting. The lamp is in good overall condition, consistent with its age. The glass is completely intact—free of any visible cracks or chips—with the texture remaining sharp and clear. It retains its original metal fitting and base, which adds to the piece's authenticity. The lamp has preserved its distinctive vintage character. Thanks to its compact size, this ceiling lamp is ideal for spaces such as a hallway, landing, bedroom, or a smaller living room. It fits perfectly into interiors with Mid-Century Modern, vintage, or eclectic influences, adding a subtle yet stylish design element. the lamp beeds a wire !
