Vaso Bertoncello Ceramiche d'Arte - Model 229 - Roberto Rigon - 1970s Authentic example of a sculptural ceramic art vase produced in the 1970s by the Italian manufacturer Bertoncello Ceramiche d'Arte (Schiavon, Vicenza), from a design attributed to Roberto Rigon. The vase (model number 229, as handwritten on the base) features a geometric line typical of mid-century Italian modernism, characterized by a broad flared base that leads to a slender cylindrical neck.
