Cesare De Toni (2020-2025) - Curvismo dello spazio Sequenza F. 13 Natural

Cesare De Toni Collection 2020-2026 A sculptural work unlike any other, it stands out for exceptional elegance and refinement. The essentiality of its lines and forms integrates the portrayal of a concept of elegance and grace of a lyrical, harmonious dance, in a boundless stellar space. The conceptual nature of the work is heightened by the contrast with the materiality and realism of the environment that welcomes it. De Toni develops his own concept of beauty in the compositional path that looks to Euclidean geometry with attention to the golden ratio and to the numerical theories of repetition of the sign, and in particular, the Fibonacci sequence. The result is unparalleled; progressive mathematical reasoning forges its curved line into a powerful element of rupture of the status quo, it frees itself from any real figurative interpretation and materializes into a living, articulated and dynamic phenomenal reality. The purity of the sign evolves into a single essence of expression. By proposing an idea of movement that goes beyond space and time, its curved line transforms into a perception that engages the senses, the spirit and the mind. Handmade work, composed of 13 curved wooden forms and supported by a wooden pedestal; hand-signed and issued with a certificate of authenticity.
