Attention before purchase All our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where necessary. Being vintage pieces, some elements may show slight chipping, micro-scratches or small imperfections due to age and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as they are often subtle or nearly imperceptible. In some cases, when restoration is more thorough (for example replacement of wooden panels, non-compliant lampholders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipment. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered fully refurbished and ready to be mounted by the customer. ⸻ Spedizione Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may affect shipping costs. Shipping times are generally quick; however, as these are fragile items requiring careful packaging and, in some cases, further restoration work, preparation can take longer than expected. ⸻ Assistenza After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging. A tracking number from the express courier will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent purchasing experience. ⸻ Nota importante The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. Wiring will also need to be completed, but all necessary components for mounting will be provided. It will be the buyer's responsibility to arrange the mounting, preferably via a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
