This lot consists of a handmade chess set from France on a scarce Homas chessboard with coordinate points. The set dates from the 1970s-1980s and is in beautiful condition. The Regency chess pieces are characterized by the tall elegant knights and the shorter rook. The king measures 8 cm. The knight 7 cm. The pawn measures 3.6 cm. This set is varnished and has a luxurious appearance. It can be showcased as a display piece as well as used for playing chess. A beautiful authentic case for the pieces is included. The chessboard is a Homas board from 1979. It measures 38 x 38 cm. The square size is 4 cm. This beautiful chess set will be well packed and sent by registered mail.
