Pleasingly Hued Fractional Pattern Issue CHINA. Silver 50 Cents (1/2 Dollar) Pattern, ND (1910). Tientsin Mint. Hsuan-t'ung (Xuantong [Puyi]). PCGS Genuine--Cleaned, Unc Details. L&M-25; K-220; KM-Y-23; WS-0037. Despite its noted light cleaning, this enthralling minor emanates from a popular late imperial pattern series that failed to make it into circulation strike production. Some rather enticing and attractive toning has begun to take hold, with notes of burnt sienna and goldenrod accentuating portions of the devices, making this otherwise uncirculated specimen dazzle and delight. Estimate: $10,000 - $15,000. Provenance: From the Liu Mung Wang (汪柳門) Collection. To view all items from the Liu Mung Wang (汪柳門) Collection, click here.
