CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL When the purchaser acts as a consumer and the legal requirements exist, they may exercise the right of withdrawal without reason within 14 days of receiving the item, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, subject to statutory exceptions. The decision must be communicated via an explicit declaration to the seller, also using the Catawiki procedure. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of withdrawal notification. For mere change of mind, the direct cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. Amounts legally due will be reimbursed, including standard initial shipping costs; higher costs for a more expensive delivery chosen by the buyer are not refundable. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and within legal terms, with the possibility of withholding it until receipt of the item or proof of return, according to applicable law.
