Original acrylic painting on a custom Local Motion surfboard by Claire P. Cohen. The deck features a stylized illustrative work depicting a mermaid with large blue eyes and floral-adorned hair embracing a red octopus against a blue ground with white celestial motifs. The artwork utilizes heavy impasto-style line work for texture. The surfboard is a custom Ocean Magic model shaped by Rick Welch, featuring a thruster fin setup and a white leash plug.
