Published in 1995 by Les Pharmaciens Bibliophiles, this exceptional volume fuses the dramatic power of classical theater with Claude Weisbuch’s graphic universe, a master of movement and line. Through his engravings, the artist brings Corneille’s characters to life with the same ardor and intensity that characterize his work. His compositions, both tense and elegant, admirably convey the dramatic tension and the inner conflicts of the protagonists.
