Decorative nautical sundial with compass (Sundial Compass) with inscription: "Sundial Compass London 1845" / "Donald Marine Antique" This is a vintage reproduction in 19th-century nautical style. Made in brass (patinated) This sundial compass has a built-in compass, foldable gnomon, adjustable degree scale and adjustment screws on the bottom. The whole is in excellent vintage condition with a warm patina. All mechanical and foldable parts function smoothly. See photos for a full impression. This compass is a decorative object for lovers of maritime and scientific instruments. The height of the compass is 4 cm, The oval shape is 11.5 cm long and 8.5 cm wide.
