Courvoisier VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac – 73cl – 40% vol. – imported into Italy by G.F. Ferraretto & C., Milano. [b. 1960s] The bottles are historic Italian-market bottlings and are believed to date from the 1960s–1970s. The VSOP bottle features the characteristic historic Courvoisier presentation with the royal warrant referring to the late King George VI. All bottles have their original historic labels, closures and Italian state tax seals. Condition: The bottles are in good overall condition considering their age. Labels show natural ageing, patina and minor marks. The capsules and original Italian tax seals are significantly aged, with tears, wear and losses, as clearly visible in the photographs. Fill levels are good, around the upper shoulder/base of the neck. No obvious leakage is visible. The photographs are an integral part of the description and show the exact bottles and their condition. The bottles have been properly stored in a cellar and come from a private collection. Please note that the contents of vintage bottles have not been tested. No guarantee can be given regarding drinkability after several decades.
