Cream - Disraeli Gears (Japan) - Ultra RARE - COMPLETE...

A highly desirable Japanese pressing of Disraeli Gears by Cream, released on Polydor in 1969 with catalogue number MP 1390. This is the scarcer variant bearing the MP designation rather than the later SMP catalogue code—a distinction that emerged only in the earliest months of 1969, making original copies in this condition exceptionally difficult to locate. The appeal of this particular example is further heightened by its completeness: it retains both the original obi and insert, features rarely preserved together on Japanese pressings of this era. This combination of pressing rarity, early release timing, and full original packaging makes this an outstanding find for serious collectors. ⸻ Sleeve (VG+) The sleeve presents very nicely, remaining clean and well preserved with the characteristic light handling marks consistent with its age. The obi is in good condition with only some slight staining—nothing of concern. The overall presentation is attractive and complete → VG+ Insert Original Japanese insert included. Vinyl (NM) Exceptionally tidy pressing with a lovely gloss throughout. The vinyl appears almost unplayed, with only a small, barely visible hairline on Side A. Playback is excellent with no significant issues → NM ⸻ Details * Japan 1st pressing * Polydor MP 1390 * Original obi included * Original insert included
