Credenza - French Art Deco sideboard, 1940s, walnut - Burr walnut

Elegant and substantial French sideboard from the 1940s, featuring a refined Art Déco style and a splendid walnut veneer with natural grain patterns that provide a striking decorative effect. The surfaces display mirrored designs and warm hues that confer the piece with a dramatic, charming presence. Generous proportions, curving angles, a shaped top, and a solid base enhance the elegance and craftsmanship of this antique furniture. A piece of notable character, capable of becoming the absolute focal point of any room, thanks to the richness of the wood and its distinctive aesthetics. The sideboard offers a highly functional internal layout: the left door hides three internal drawers and a shelf, while the two remaining doors each have an internal shelf. In the center there is a small pull-out marble top, a refined detail that adds value and practicality to the piece. A piece with great presence and personality, ideal for an elegant living room, a formal dining room, or an eclectic setting where vintage pieces meet contemporary design. An important testimony to the Art Déco taste of the 1940s, where the beauty of the walnut grain, meticulous details, and the sophistication of the structure merge into a piece with great charm, destined to stand out in any environment. The furniture has been oiled and shellacked; it shows normal signs of wear due to age and use. All locks are functioning.
