Cyril Keller - Kraftvoll Voran

My name is Cyril Keller. I was born on September 12, 1978 in the Saarland. My enthusiasm for art began in the early 1990s with graffiti. Even then, I was fascinated by colors, shapes, and the possibility of giving my ideas a personal expression. This passion still forms the foundation of my work today. I was especially influenced by my teacher and mentor, the artist Parscha Mirghawameddin. It was with him that I learned to paint. His sense of color, his eye for composition, and his artistic experience were of great importance for my development. As his student, I was able to benefit from a knowledge and a passion that still accompany me today. I am very grateful to Parscha for sharing his experiences with me and for supporting me on my artistic path. Learning from him was a special opportunity for me. On this basis, I developed my own visual language and found my personal approach to painting. Since 2015 I have been passionately devoted to abstract art. I am particularly fascinated by the squeegee technique: the interplay of color layers, the resulting structures, and the surprising forms that give every painting its own character. In this process, learned craft combines with intuition and the joy of experimentation. My paintings are intended to enliven spaces, evoke emotions, and bring lasting delight to their viewers. Each work leaves room for one’s own thoughts and discoveries. It is precisely this openness that makes abstract painting so special to me: a painting can mean something different for every person and reveal new facets again and again over time. With every canvas I further develop my work – inspired by my artistic roots, the valuable impetus of my teacher, and the desire to create something own. The canvas is unstretched and is carefully rolled in a shipping tube. An authenticity certificate is included in the delivery.
