D'Orazio - Extra virgin olive oil - 4 - 500ml

Lot consisting of 4 cans in 500ml each of 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced by Frantoio D'Orazio in Puglia - Italy. MAREA COLLECTION - Multivarietal extra virgin olive oil A perfect harmony among the local olive varieties Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona and Nociara. This is how Frantoio D’Orazio's extra virgin olive oil is born, with a light fruity flavor, enhanced by notes of leaf and herb. With the bottle “Marea,” summer tastes like EVO oil. Shades of white and blue meet playful little fish swimming and playing in the clear, crystal waters of D’Orazio’s sea, to give you a summer of goodness. A fresh, dynamic, and vibrant design to accompany your days during the warmest and sunniest season of all, diving among the waves of the extravirgin taste. Organoleptic profile: From leaf green color tending to golden yellow. We are looking at a light oil, with notes of grass and leaf. On the palate it is slightly bitter and peppery, balanced, with leaf and vegetable notes. Pairings: A light, fruity oil, the ideal condiment to enhance a dish without changing or masking the flavors. We recommend it for fresh salads, vegetable purées, rice soups and flavorful soups, dishes based on beans, artichokes, asparagus, cooked vegetables, with white meats, bruschetta, sauce, mixed legumes, baked tomatoes, and truffle sauce.
