De oude Horn - Willem Heesen - Vase - Unica vase - Glass - Unica vase

A vintage, thick-walled glass Unica vase in very good condition, designed by the well-known designer Willem Heesen in 1980 in his own studio De Oude Horn in Acquoy near Leerdam. Willem Heesen drew his inspiration from the adjacent nature in the surroundings of the River Linge. This specific object demonstrates his mastery in the studio glass movement, with the complex cell and bubble structures embedded in the thick glass. The height is 18 cm and at the bottom it is signed with W Heesen and the year number. An asset for any collection!
