Many shipping companies do not leave a notification if you are not at home on the first delivery attempt. Often the package stays at the pickup point for a week, after which it is returned. Therefore, keep a close eye on the tracking information to prevent a return shipment. Lots are dispatched within 3 working days after payment. This timeframe cannot be deviated from. You can send a message immediately after payment to provide an alternative delivery address. If you are not able to receive the shipment, we kindly ask you not to bid. We frequently receive questions about whether lots can be collected. We have chosen to ship exclusively. Therefore, check the shipping costs, which include packaging material and handling fees, before placing a bid. We do not offer combined shipping for multiple lots.
