Antique, rare, pocket watch stand; also known as boîte porte montre. The item is made of faceted glass and chased brass and bronze. Inside the display case two cupids carry the actual pocket watch holder. With a simple movement you move this holder upward, after which you can hang the pocket watch safely and dust-free. The holder features a gracefully curved hanging bracket with a round eye, decorative bead edge, and refined ornaments. This is an item you will rarely come across and which certainly can be a valuable addition to your collection. The glass has a small chip at the top corner.
