Alla auktioner / Diverse / Desk set (3) - resin, plastic
This object is a vintage smoking set in bakelite/resin with a root-wood effect, produced in Italy starting from the 1960s and 1970s. Smoking Set: the set consists of three main coordinated elements: Automatic cigarette case (center): A box equipped with an internal mechanism in gold-plated metal that, when the lid is opened, raises and fans out the cigarettes or arranges them in two rows to facilitate picking them up. Inside you can see the original label "Hand-painted - SPRING - Made in Italy". Ashtray (left): Characterized by a dark inner tray inserted into the decorated base. Table lighter (right): A rechargeable lighter integrated into a heavy block with the same finish as the rest of the set. This kind of desk or living-room accessory was very popular as a design and luxury object in the mid-20th century, often associated with Italian artisanal manufactories. Never used, still in its original packaging. The shipment will be tracked. Dimensions; Cigarette holder 19 x 6 cm; Ashtray 14 x 4 cm; Lighter 12 x 6 cm; Weight 1,450 g. The shipment will be tracked.
