Alla auktioner / Fotografi / Dominik Valvo - Belle de Nuit - Exclusive Lot
EXCLUSIVE LOT UNFRAMED. This Belle de Nuit - Rémanence set is an exclusive series composed of three photographs that explore femininity as performance, attitude, and desire. Rooted in the nocturnal imagination, the series draws from the language of cabaret, fetish, and classic eroticism, presenting the body not as an object, but as a deliberate construction of power and presence. Through fragmented views of legs, heels, and gestures, the photographs evoke seduction as an act of control rather than exposure. Fishnet stockings and high heels become visual codes—symbols of confidence, ritual, and transformation—where elegance and provocation coexist. The anonymity of the body allows the images to transcend identity, focusing instead on posture, tension, and the choreography of desire. This lot of three is sold unframed. Each print measures 20 × 20 cm, produced on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Premium Silk Paper. The elegant finish and subtle texture of the paper provide a sophisticated presence, with deep, rich tones that enhance the visual impact of the work. The paper’s natural resistance also helps protect the print from fingerprints and minor scratches. Each piece is individually numbered and signed, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. The print is carefully packaged and shipped via tracked and insured express courier from Spain to destinations worldwide. SIGNED LIMITED EDITION. Dominik Valvo is a professional fine art photographer born in Andalusia and based in Madrid, where he exhibits and sells limited edition prints in galleries and curated boutique art spaces. His eclectic visual language reflects a deep passion for fashion photography, contemporary art, and urban culture, drawing inspiration from cities such as Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, and Berlin, as well as from major artistic movements within modern and conceptual art. Among his key influences are iconic figures like Robert Mapplethorpe, David LaChapelle, and Cindy Sherman, whose bold aesthetic vision, provocative compositions, and narrative storytelling resonate throughout his photographic work. A contemporary visual artist dedicated to capturing beauty in all its forms, his fine art photography moves fluidly between erotic art, conceptual portraiture, and documentary photography. His work explores identity, nude, desire, fetishism, and sexuality through an artistic lens, incorporating subtle BDSM aesthetics and themes of power dynamics, vulnerability, and personal freedom, while challenging established social norms and cultural taboos. His portfolio includes intimate portraits, artistic nudes, black and white photography, and striking travel photography, where contemporary aesthetics intertwine with emotion, self-expression, and cinematic atmosphere. Alternating between portrait photography and urban fine art photography, he captures both the essence of individuals and the architectural energy of the spaces they inhabit, with a particular fascination for architecture photography, natural light, shadows, texture, and movement. Dominik Valvo’s work has been exhibited across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, attracting international art collectors and photography collectors interested in contemporary erotic art and museum-quality photographic prints. Each of his images invites reflection and visual impact, positioning him as a distinctive voice within the international contemporary art scene.
