'While it is frequently categorized or sold alongside occult books due to its heavy focus on ancient mysticism, sacred geometry, and esoteric history, the book's core objective is explicitly anchored in Masonic historiography.' He wrote the book primarily to trace the historical origins of Masonic rituals, symbols, and architecture. Focus on Masonic Tools: He uses comparative archaeology to argue that core Masonic symbols—such as the square and compasses, the tessellated pavement, the double axe, and the three pillars (Wisdom, Strength, and Beauty)—originated in ancient Egypt and the rituals of gods like Horus and Ptah.'
