Elegant Ring with an Emerald and Diamonds in Gold, From Our Workshop

This ring from our workshop features a natural emerald as its centerpiece. The oval cabochon-cut stone, weighing 1.05 ct, sparkles in a fresh moss green. The slightly opaque gemstone is framed by eleven brilliant-cut diamonds. Two smaller brilliant-cut diamonds extend to the right and left toward the ring band. The ring’s design is inspired by classic Belle Époque entourage rings, which were intended to showcase particularly beautiful colored gemstones. This ring demonstrates just how good this is: the green emerald seems to float on a bed of white light. The luster of the yellow gold lends the ring a pleasant, summery warmth. The diamonds in the ring are vintage stones that we have deliberately reused here to make the piece of jewellery as sustainable as possible. Likewise, the gold used comes from older pieces of jewellery that could no longer be restored. The emerald was once set in a bracelet from the 1990s. In this way, the piece of jewellery combines historical references with extraordinary gemstones and a contemporary commitment to sustainability and the reuse of precious materials.
