Exclusive piece of industrial design and automotive memorabilia. This is a technical shell prototype used in the R&D (Research & Development) lab to shape a full-face helmet for the prestigious Japanese brand Shoei. Based on its geometric proportions and aerodynamic lines, it resembles the design of the legendary XR / X-Spirit series. It is purely handcrafted from translucent polyester resin with textured fiberglass reinforcement, allowing engineers to visually verify thickness and flow of the composite materials before mass production. As an internal factory piece, it lacks commercial logos. An ideal collector's item for enthusiasts of "Automobilia", industrial design students, or premium garage display.
