This impressive amethyst-agate freeform combines several fascinating appearances of a natural stone into a single extraordinary collector's piece. Especially appealing is the strong contrast between the crystal-rich front side and the completely differently drawn back side. On the front, a beautiful natural crystal landscape opens up with numerous amethyst crystals in vivid violet, purple, and lavender tones. The crystals shift between intense darker areas and lighter, almost transparent parts. They are surrounded by whitish-creamy quartz and warm honey-colored mineral areas, creating a particularly lively depth effect. The back, by contrast, shows the characteristic beauty of agate: broad areas in honey yellow, caramel, cream and white are framed by fine, curved agate bands. In the center there is a bright crystalline zone, surrounded by several clearly visible banding. This makes the back almost look like a naturally created abstract painting. What is particularly interesting is that this piece can be presented from both sides. Depending on the orientation, either the intense violet amethyst crystallization or the warm, elegant agate drawing takes center stage. The polished outer surfaces bring colors, banding, and natural structures especially nicely to the fore. Thanks to the flat stand surface, it can be securely displayed and is excellent as a representative single piece for a mineral collection, display cabinet, living room, office, or practice.
