Extra Quaìlity Nephrite Jade Necklace – Cassiar Mountains District

Cassiar Mountains District, Canada - 925 Silver Lock — Necklace made with natural Canadian nephrite jade, graduated mounting and selected for material quality, color consistency, and correct proportions. The composition is built around beads with a central element of 16.5 mm, accompanied by progressively smaller diameters, designed to ensure a harmonious fit and balanced weight distribution. The jade comes from the Cassiar Mountains, Canada, one of the world's leading mining districts for gem-quality nephrite. The material features the typical extremely compact microfibrous structure, which gives the stone high toughness and wear resistance. The coloration shows a natural range of greens, from dark green to forest green, with slight tonal variations, internal veining, and inclusions typical of untreated nephrite. The beads are carefully polished but not overly so, to preserve the stone’s tactile appearance and depth of color. The surface feels silky and uniform, with a soft, non-glare light reflection. The necklace is finished with a 925 silver clasp, discreet and functional, consistent with the jewelry's minimalist style. A solid and balanced piece, suitable for everyday mindful wear as well as a more elegant setting, ideal for collectors and enthusiasts of natural stones who value nephrite jade for its authenticity, provenance, and structural quality.
