Extremely Rare Mineral - Uvarovite - Mines of Perm Territory

Sparkling and intense, this pendant settings a natural uvarovite gem with an elongated triangular cut, sourced from the Ural Mountains. The tiny green crystallizations give a lively brilliance, like a carpet of emeralds. The rough stone is set off by a polished 925 sterling silver mount, handmade to accentuate every shade. A unique piece for those who desire rare jewelry rich in natural energy. The uvarovite in this pendant comes from the famous Ural Mountains, a mountain range that marks the natural boundary between Europe and Asia. This region is one of the oldest geological basins on the planet, with formations dating back to the Paleozoic, and provides an ideal context for the formation of minerals of exceptional beauty. Uvarovite develops in chrome-rich metamorphic environments, often associated with serpentinites, chromitites, and skarns.
