Federico Alibrio - Midnight's Thought - Mystical

Midnight's Thought - Mystical Ceramic work by Federico Alibrio Description: In this finely molded ceramic piece, the artist Federico Alibrio shapes a tawny owl immersed in contemplation, turning matter into a visual meditation. The title, Midnight's Thought, captures the very essence of this nocturnal raptor: a solitary, silent, vigilant figure that embodies the wisdom hidden in darkness and the introspection of moments of deep quiet. The sculpture stands out for its intense color palette: cobalt blue glaze, rich with nuances, glossy reflections, and tactile reliefs that recall the depth of the night sky, where shadows melt into mystery. The tawny owl, historically considered a guardian of the thresholds between the visible and the invisible, is here stripped of superfluous detail to become pure conceptual presence; a "thought" takes shape and matter. The irregular surface and the artist's inscribed signature testify to the unique nature of the work and Alibrio's craftsmanship. Midnight's Thought is not merely a decorative element of contemporary art, but a true visual talisman that carries with it an atmosphere of calm, mystery, and deep reflection. The Author's Seal: The Monogram To guarantee the artistic vision and originality of the project, the piece bears Federico Alibrio's distinctive monogram. The symbol, which fuses the artist's initials, is an integral part of the design and certifies that every stage of creation, from the original model to the final finish, occurred under his strict aesthetic control. There is a hole on the back for wall mounting. The work will be shipped in careful packaging with the related certificate of authenticity. The Sicilian artist Federico Alibrio, born in 1995, is always seeking inspiration through new experiences. Graduated in Sculpture in 2021 from the Academy of Fine Arts of Catania, he works in sculpture and painting. He has participated in and continues to participate in high-profile cultural exhibitions and symposia, demonstrating commitment and seriousness in approaching sculptural practice. "Open-minded people find inspiration everywhere" is one of his philosophical approaches. Reality itself is the greatest source of inspiration. His passions are: wild animals (sensitive to endangered species) and trees. His aim is to showcase the beauty of nature.
