Fine 1964 Bill Mazeroski Pittsburgh Pirates professional...

Fine 1964 Bill Mazeroski Pittsburgh Pirates professional model road jersey (SGC/Grob: "Superior"). Gray flannel vest with black and yellow trim has "Pirates" team name across the front and number "9" on back. MacGregor tag in the collar notes size (44) and an additional in the front tail reads "Set 1 1964." Nice use and wash wear throughout and Dave Grob has stated the jersey is "one of the finest examples...I have seen from this period." Maz remained a realizable fixture in the Pirates lineup in 1964, continuing to turn double plays at an elite level, and claimed his fifth Gold Glove award. His famed number "9" has been retired by the team, an honor bestowed upon only (9) others in their history. Includes LOA from SGC/Grob (graded "Superior"): EX
