The first edition of this very scarce volume.With the original unclipped dust wrapper.With lovely full-page illustrations by John Davies and Eric Saunders.Comprising a series of simple recipes appropriate for the young chef, including scrambled eggs, pea soup, fruit salad, orange biscuits and mint sauce.Written by nutritionist Angela Carter (not to be confused with English novelist of the same name). In the original cloth binding. With the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, lovely, with only a hint of shelf wear. Dust wrapper is smart, with a small chip to the spine head and a large closed tear running through the rear panel. Both of these wears have been reinforced with tape. Internally, firmly bound.
