Fischer - Barometer - Acrylic glass (plexiglass)

A sleek and stylish vintage wall barometer from the well-known German manufacturer Fischer. The instrument is mounted in a heavy, solid square panel of transparent acrylic/plexiglass with diagonally beveled edges (faceted effect). At the back there is a mounting point to attach the lot firmly to the wall. The mechanism of the barometer is beautifully visible through the copper/brass-colored dial with Dutch markings (Rain - Changeable - Beautiful). At the bottom of the dial is Fischer's trademark and "Made in Germany". Also at the rear is the set screw for the air-pressure calibration. Condition: In good, working condition. The acrylic glass is clear with only very light, normal signs of use. The instrument responds properly to changes in air pressure. 7. Dimensions Height: 20 cm Width: 20 cm Depth: 4 cm Weight: 1 kg.
