The Equatore table lamp by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti for FontanaArte is a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic glass-shade lamp, where the light source is no longer hidden but expressed through two luminous discs intersected by a central metal band. This 'equator' line visually divides the transparent glass diffuser, creating a striking graphic effect. The lower disc directs light downward while the upper softly illuminates the glass dome, producing a balanced and diffused glow. This lamp currently retails over €1,600 depending on the country. The lamp is brand new, distributor's stock. It comes in its original box, with all its tags, documents and protections. We pack with great care, inside another box with extra protection.
