Frame - Wood - Antique frame, 18th century

At auction a very ancient wooden frame, probably from the 18th century, where the glass is inserted on the inside by sliding through wooden guides within the frame itself. The gilding and silvering are in their historic state; a black inner contour is evident, having lost its coloration. The frame is in its historic condition with traces of time passed and more. It is a very dated object. Vertical measurements taken. Indicated.
