Thanks to a strong passion for olive oil, the management today, now in its third generation, has become a leading player in Sicily's artisanal olive oil sector. With a marked propensity for innovation and a precise production philosophy. Promoting the most vocated olive-growing areas between the slopes of Etna and the Simeto valley, and privileging the finest native varieties and the national varieties best adapted to our territory, enhancing the raw materials with careful olive selection and a steady care in the mill, during extraction, storage and bottling. These are the elements behind the long and exciting journey undertaken by the Romano family toward quality in order to produce oils worthy of representing the best Sicilian olive oil culture.
