Gaby Acevedo - Memotopías - Jarde (XL)

“Jarde” is a unique and original abstract work from my series “Memotopías,” created as a map of interior landscapes and geographies kept in memory. In this painting I shape a suggested territory in constant transformation, where time and matter converse at their own pace. Framed as an invitation to serene contemplation, the piece remains open to multiple interpretations, completed in the gaze of whoever stops to inhabit it. Details of the work: • "Memotopías - Jarde" is a contemporary abstract work, unique and original, entirely handmade with professional acrylic on cotton canvas. • Dimensions of the work: 100 cm × 81 cm. • Created directly in my studio. • Canvas size: The canvas measures approximately 110 cm × 90 cm, including the margin necessary for its new mounting on a 100 cm × 81 cm × 2 cm (approximately) frame. • Finish and protection: The work is protected with a professional satin varnish, which preserves the intensity of the colors and ensures its conservation over time. • Unique and original work: Painted entirely by hand, signed and dated on the back by the visual artist Gaby Acevedo, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Presentation: • The work has been created on a canvas that was previously stretched on a frame. To ensure safe transport, it is carefully shipped rolled in a high‑resistance rigid tube. The edges are painted as a continuation of the composition and the canvas retains the necessary margin for its new mounting on a frame. • The work does not include a frame or decorative surround. • For an optimal finish, it is recommended that mounting be carried out by a professional. Shipping: • The work is carefully shipped rolled in a high‑resistance rigid tube. • Insured shipping with tracking number. • Includes certificate of authenticity. • Shipments to the Canary Islands (Spain): €48. • Additional information: Colors and shades may vary slightly depending on each screen configuration. The ambient images are digital representations for illustrative purposes and show a possible presentation of the work once mounted or framed. About the artist: My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have developed an artistic practice centered on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter and collage form the pillars of my visual language. My work arises from observation and dialogue with landscapes, the spaces we inhabit, and the traces they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a different inquiry, but all share the aim of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation. Each work is unique and is made entirely by hand in my studio with high‑quality professional materials. All my paintings are signed, dated, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity."
