Description A distinctive kendi-form ewer of classic shape — bulbous body, tall gently waisted neck with bulbous mid-section, and a short spout to one side. The entire body is enveloped in a warm, creamy celadon glaze with fine, natural crackling characteristic of Ge-style ware. The exterior is vividly decorated in bold Wucai palette — iron-red, emerald green, golden yellow and aubergine — featuring a central flower basket brimming with peonies and foliage, surrounded by scattered blooms and framed by geometric and foliate borders at the neck, shoulder and foot. A striking and decorative piece combining traditional crackled glaze with vibrant polychrome painting. Dimensions: Total height: approx. 22 cm Condition Minor glaze pops/flaking at the rim consistent with firing and age; Natural, even craquelure throughout — intentional and stable; No cracks, chips, hairlines or restoration observed; Enamels remain bright and well-preserved; structurally sound.
