Gispen - André R

Original Gispen 415/1401 armchair designed by Wim Rietveld in collaboration with A.R. Cordemeyer for Gispen in 1954. This comfortable armchair is very beautiful due to its simplicity. The armchair has a black metal frame with black Bakelite armrests. It is upholstered in a handsome fabric from Kvadrat from the Memory collection by Patricia Urquiola. This collection draws attention with an overall combination of refined colors, a strong sense of depth and volume. The armchair is in very good condition and the upholstery is new. In the Rijksmuseum's hospitality area these Dutch design classics are in use. Dimensions/Measurements: H 70 x W 62 x D 64 cm; seat height 35
