Graciela Rodo Boulanger's original oil on canvas painting titled Le cart et la chevre, executed in 1969. The work depicts three children with round faces in a colorful, patchwork wheeled cart being pulled by blue rams. The composition is rendered with heavy impasto and textured paint application in a palette of cerulean blues, earth tones, and primary colors. Signed and dated G. Rodo Boulanger 1969 in black paint at the lower left. The verso of the raw linen canvas bears a handwritten inscription in the upper left reading 18: Le car et la chevre. A paper gallery label from Galerie 99 of Bal Harbour Island, FL, is attached to the top center of the frame reverse with the artist name Boulanger handwritten in ink.
