Head - Vintage glazen displayhoofd – opvallend geelgroen...

Vintage glass display head – striking yellow-green and full of retro character A eye-catcher that catches the light beautifully. This vintage glass head combines a stylized face with a pronounced yellow-green color. Depending on the light, gold-yellow and olive-green nuances appear, while the transparency further emphasizes the contours of the nose, lips and ears. The smooth, rounded head shape flows into a short neck with a round, ribbed foot. The result is a sculptural object that presents a different image from every angle. Similar colored glass mannequin heads are dated in antique shops around the seventies. This piece aligns with that decorative tradition; the exact maker, origin and production date have not been established. Beautiful as a standalone decorative object on a sideboard, in a display cabinet or with a collection of vintage glass. Also attractive for displaying a hat, glasses or headphones. The bright color gives both a calm interior and a pronounced retro setup a playful accent.
