Offered here is a striking wearable silver coin amulet inspired by one of the most celebrated coin types of the Hellenistic world. This remarkable piece bears the iconic portrait of Herakles wearing the skin of the Nemean Lion on the obverse, while the reverse depicts Zeus enthroned, holding his eagle and royal sceptre beneath the legendary name of Alexander.
