Beautiful impressionistic harbor view by the Dutch painter Henk Dekker (1897–1974), signed and dated 1930 The painting shows a lively harbor panorama with a towering steamship, smaller tugboats and other vessels on the water. In the background are harbor buildings, masts and plumes of smoke, giving the scene an authentic maritime atmosphere.
