Herskind & Solen - Herskind - Wall plate - plastic...

A Collaboration of Speed, Color and Danish Pop Art With the wall panel Cars you don't just bring a design object into your home, but a tangible piece of Danish Pop Art full of dynamism. Designed by the renowned artist Jacob Herskind in collaboration with Solen, this object forms a cheerful ode to the iconic 'tough and off-kilter' car models that so often take the lead in his oeuvre. Herskind's style—strongly influenced by giants such as Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat—sprays from the panel. His recognizable, bright color palette and humorous symbolism give the piece an unprecedented, positive energy. Cars, in Herskind's vision, are not boring means of transport; they are characters in their own right, captured in an exciting, playful perspective in which there is always a hidden riddle or witty detail to discover. The collaboration with Solen elevates the work from canvas to a unique, three-dimensional form. With a generous diameter of 45 centimeters, this wall panel is an absolute eye-catcher. It perfectly balances on the boundary between applied art and a powerful autonomous statement. Whether it takes a central place on the wall in a modern interior or shines in a design collection: Cars reminds the viewer daily to look at everyday life with a smile and a philosophical wink. An exclusive collectible that radiates pure Danish joy of life and creativity. Photos are part of the description. The whole is packed with great care.
