English cigarette case in Art Deco style, made of 925 sterling silver by Joseph Gloster Ltd in Birmingham in 1923. As can be read on the hallmarks. It features a geometric design of parallel lines characteristic of Art Deco, which runs across both faces and the sides. Closure by push button and rear hinge. The interior is gold plated and shows no wear.
