Jaeger-LeCoultre Haute Joaillerie Watch – 18-carat white gold, diamonds, Cal. 426, circa 1960. An elegant and rare Jaeger-LeCoultre jewelry watch from the 1960s, notable for the finesse of its construction, its diamond setting, and above all its exceptional integrated jewelry bracelet. Its small rectangular case in 18-carat white gold (750/1000), measuring approximately 14 × 17 mm, is surrounded by a bezel set with 18 brilliant-cut diamonds. The silver dial, signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, features applied Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, complemented by baton hour markers. It retains an attractive natural patina, consistent with the watch’s age, which adds to the charm of this Vintage piece. The watch is powered by the Jaeger-LeCoultre 426 hand-wound mechanical caliber from the Duoplan family, a miniature movement developed for the Manufacture’s most delicate ladies’ timepieces. The winding crown is ingeniously positioned on the back of the case, thus preserving the watch’s clarity of lines.
