Jamaica Great Britain used in Jamaica Imperial Issues used at Post Offices after the arrival of the Obliterators "A47" (Highgate) 1859 (27 Dec.) entire headed "White Hall" and "stamped" to Kingston, bearing 1d. rose-red strip of four, TA-TD, cancelled with fair to good "A47" and prepaid as a single letter carried at under 60 miles showing, on reverse, "highgate/jamaica" and arrival (28.12) datestamps; a few small holes clear of the franking. Foster records this cover as the only example of this franking from Highgate to Kingston provenance: "Dubois" Part II, Spink, July 2021, Lot 245 Subject to 20% VAT on Buyer’s Premium.
