This piece was masterfully crafted in Villedieu-les-Poêles, Normandy—a historic French town celebrated since the Middle Ages for its world-class copper craftsmanship. The bottom bears the authentic stamped maker's mark: "MARQUE DÉPOSÉE - GARANTI VILLEDIEU - FRANCE" encircling a traditional knight's helmet emblem, alongside the stamped size number "3". • Origin: Villedieu-les-Poêles, France • Material: Solid Copper • Dimensions: 25 cm x 25 cm x 19 cm Condition: Good vintage condition with a beautiful exterior warm copper patina. The interior shows prominent, natural verdigris (green oxidized copper) build-up from previous use as a plant holder, which gives it authentic antique character. There are minor scratches, small oxidation marks, and signs of age as expected with authentic vintage copperware. No major dents.
