Frame size: 26 in. x 29 1/2 in.Measurements: Height: by sight 20 in. x Width: 23 1/2 in. Condition: Fair condition, significant water staining along left edge, toning to paper, central vertical crease, 5 in. tear to bottom right, 4 in. tear to right edge and 3 in. tear to upper right corner, losses to edges, not viewed out of frame.
